Overview Priority1 seeks a Territory Manager to drive new business acquisition in the Las Vegas market. The role focuses on B2B product and service sales across LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse solutions.
Responsibilities Prospect new business, including door‑to‑door cold calling.
Generate leads and use CRM to track activity.
Sell and set up new accounts.
Manage customer accounts you sell.
Participate in training and development programs.
Qualifications Preferred 2 years of freight sales experience.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree; relevant coursework in business, marketing, or communication.
Active campus or athletic involvement.
Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, and professional demeanor.
Team‑oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
Training & Development Three weeks of corporate training within first 24 months, with additional senior TM and management training as career progresses.
Fast Start Program: 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
$500 monthly car allowance; reimbursement for gas receipts.
