CMK Resources is seeking an
OCM and Training Consultant
to support a leading storage company through a major transformation initiative. This role will be critical to a successful migration from KeyedIn to ServiceNow, ensuring smooth adoption through effective change management and training strategies.
This is a fully remote position based in the US or EMEA, with up to 25% travel.
In this role, you will lead organizational change management efforts and deliver targeted training programs to prepare both internal and external stakeholders for new processes and tools. You will play a key role in driving user readiness, minimizing resistance to change, and ensuring consistent adoption across ServiceNow platforms.
What you will be doing:
Develop and execute change management strategies to support the transition to ServiceNow
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to different user groups
Prepare internal and external stakeholders for new workflows and system adoption
Drive user readiness and support adoption across multiple ServiceNow modules
Identify and mitigate resistance to change through proactive engagement strategies
Partner with business and program teams to align training and communication plans
Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to improve user engagement and effectiveness
What we are looking for:
Strong experience in organizational change management and training delivery within enterprise environments
Hands‑on experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or similar platform transformations
Familiarity with OCM frameworks and methodologies
Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive adoption across diverse user groups
Experience developing training materials, facilitating sessions, and supporting user enablement
Strong communication and collaboration skills
