The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, exceptional research and analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in handling legal matters. Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal advice to clients
- Researching and analyzing complex legal issues
- Preparing and drafting legal documents
- Representing clients in court proceedings
- Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active state Bar license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
