Responsibilities
Review 140 to 160 clinical prior authorizations or coverage determinations daily.
Define and develop standard and custom formularies for the assigned plan.
Requirements
Required: Bachelor's degree or PharmD
Required: Current state pharmacist license
Years of experience required: 1 to 3 years
Disqualifiers: No prior authorization experience
