We have an opportunity for a Virtual Assistant to support recruitment processes for a U.S.-based client.
Work Model: Remote | Independent Contractor I Must reside in CR
Key Requirement : C1 English + experience
Skills We're Looking For:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written communication (clear, professional, and timely)
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and Outlook
Quick response times during business hours
Strong follow-up skills (nothing falls through the cracks)
Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with accuracy
Responsibilities:
Send texts and emails to candidates to schedule interviews
Follow up with candidates to confirm interview dates/times
Track interview attendance (show/no-show) and feedback
Send summary emails when a candidate is ready for an offer
Keep all candidate communication and tracking organized and up to date
