Base pay range $21.00/yr - $23.00/yr Reports to: Director of Repairs & Post-Install Operations Job Summary: An administrative position within the Repair Division whose primary responsibilities are managing the actions and schedules of several Repair Experts and the accurate processing of jobs in Service Titan with a strong focus on customer communication, project management, and scheduling efficiency. Essential Job Responsibilities Manage the daily schedules of several Repair Experts Update notes/tags/statuses on jobs/accounts and process jobs accurately Create purchase orders and track materials for Repair Jobs Identify job scheduling opportunities for gains in capacity usage Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text to ensure satisfaction Monitor email inboxes, voicemails, system tasks, and chat logs Monitor and update Repair Expert timecards De-escalate and resolve customer issues and determine when escalation is necessary Assist the Director of Repairs in executing policy adherence among Repair Experts Key Identifier #PJFITZ2025 Requirements Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: At least one year as a dispatcher/coordinator or call-taker in the home remodeling trades Work Schedule: Full time, remotely, 7:30am - 4:00pm Physical Requirements: General office maneuvering Performance Requirements Strong computer skills (Office Suite and CRMs) Excellent oral and written communication Excellent organizational skills Persuasiveness Sense of urgency Creative problem solving Empathy Excellent time management Manages up well Not conflict-averse Geographical knowledge Benefits Health Insurance Vision Dental 401K with a company match PTO Paid Holidays Floating Holiday PTO on your Birthday Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting
