What You Will Do:
- Create detailed and precise architectural and structural drawings
- Oversee the construction plan review process to ensure accuracy, making necessary adjustments
- Update and maintain drawings and files throughout the project lifecycle
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Associate degree in architectural or engineering computer-aided drafting, or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency in:
- 3D modeling software - Revit (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Standard office equipment (computer, fax machine, telephone, calculator, printer, plotter, copier)
- Articulate ideas and information in interactions with team members
- Anticipate needs and take action without being prompted, going beyond standard requirements
