Senior Storage Hardware Trader / Broker – OEM-Focused
Remote – USA (Dallas or Atlanta preferred)
| $60–72K Base + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for a
storage-savvy trader
with deep OEM knowledge and a strong network in the IT hardware space. This is an opportunity to
own your book of business
while also supporting a thriving internal channel team.
This is
not a junior seat.
It’s a highly visible role with runway, autonomy, and serious earnings potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Trade & Broker Storage Hardware:
Source, buy, and sell enterprise storage gear through your own network of brokers, OEMs, and contacts.
Support Channel Teams:
Work closely with channel reps to help close deals and supply inventory for their VAR relationships. Expect warm inbound opportunities alongside your own outreach.
Work on High-Value ITAD Packages:
Price and manage inventory tied to asset disposition and recycling opportunities.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Focus on tools, systems, and key processes. You’ll be hands‑on and in the loop.
Ramp Up Quickly:
30 Days:
Learn internal tools, players, and processes.
60 Days:
Grow your network, build your book, get comfortable with quoting and pricing.
90 Days:
Fully self‑sufficient, managing deals end‑to‑end.
What We’re Looking For
Storage Specialist:
Solid experience trading or procuring NetApp, HPE, Dell EMC, or other OEM storage hardware.
Industry Connected:
Existing broker network or deep knowledge of the reseller landscape.
Entrepreneurial Energy:
A trader mindset, competitive, numbers‑driven, and tuned into market trends.
Cross‑Functional Operator:
Comfortable working between internal teams and external contacts, brokering win‑win deals.
Geographic Flexibility:
Remote, but proximity to
Dallas or Atlanta
is a plus (warehouses based there).
Compensation & Earning Potential
Base Salary:
$60,000–72,000
Commission:
Opportunity to graduate to a
22%–36% commission plan
based on performance. Top performers are making
$300K+ annually .
