What You'll Be Doing
As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you'll work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
- Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
- Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
- Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs
No one expects you to know everything-PCA invests in training so you can grow your skills and earnings over time.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft skills
- Ability to work assigned shift (2nd or 3rd)
Preferred (not required):
- Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
- Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- 1.5x pay over 8 hours and over 40 hours/week
