What we bring to the table:
At Shearers, our Talent Acquisition Partners work closely with hiring managers to provide talent acquisition expertise to make the best hires and drive our business forward.
Lead the end-to-end execution of the recruitment process from needs identification, strategy development, sourcing, attraction, and selection, through to offer, always providing insights, recommendations and communication throughout
Utilize effective sourcing and messaging strategies to attract active and passive candidates; leverage employee referral programs, recruiting boards, internet, social media, industry and community organizations to build a strong talent pool - including diverse talent
What you bring to the table:
- Full life cycle recruiting experience
Strong investigative and research skills - knows where to find relevant talent, how to generate interest, network, and obtain referrals
Candidates with previous experience in corporate, industrial, manufacturing, engineering and/or supply chain recruiting
