Preferred Skills/Experience
We provide on-the-job and classroom training, so you don't need to have everything listed below—but these skills are a plus:
- Basic math and problem-solving
- Mechanical aptitude
- General assembly experience
- Experience with hand tools
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Electrical component installation or wiring
- Automotive troubleshooting or diagnostics
- Metal fabrication or machine operation
- Painting or press brake operation
Potential Job Responsibilities
Your daily work will depend on the role you're placed in, based on your experience and strengths. Responsibilities may include:
- Meeting daily production goals and tracking your work
- Safely using and maintaining tools and equipment
- Operating machinery and production equipment
- Assisting with assembly and installation of components
- Helping move materials through the production process
- Following all company policies and safety guidelines
- Supporting teammates and taking on new tasks as needed
Education / Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or related experience
- Ability to read measurements and basic drawings
- Comfortable using tools like tape measures and squares
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills
Communication Skills
- Able to read and follow instructions
- Write and communicate clearly with team members
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand, walk, crouch, kneel, and work in different positions
- Use hands and tools throughout the day
- Work around machinery, moving parts, and occasional dust or fumes
