Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in legal billing? We're looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our team and support our billing operations with precision and efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
4+ years of legal billing experience within BigLaw
MUST have prior experience with Aderant billing software
Strong skills in Excel and the MS Suite
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with complex billing: multi-payer, split billing, international billing, etc.
What You'll Do:
Manage all aspects of client billing
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and billing arrangements
Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and vendors to resolve billing issues
Be the go-to resource for billing questions and support your team as needed
