This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, safety, and smooth coordination with dispatch. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a small yard crew
- Oversee loading and unloading of materials
- Operate construction forklifts and other heavy equipment
- Liaise with dispatch to coordinate workflow
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Yard Supervisor or Construction Supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with forklifts and heavy equipment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
