What you will be doing

Warmly greet guests as they arrive and depart, offering assistance with directions, luggage, and general inquiries.

Assist guests in entering and exiting their vehicles safely and comfortably.

Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and with care, including manual transmission vehicles.

Transport guest luggage from vehicles to bell carts and assist with group luggage tagging and storage.

Arrange taxis, rideshares, or other transportation for guests as needed.

Remain posted at the hotel entrance to ensure attentive guest service at all times.

Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

Support Bell and Front Office teams as needed to ensure smooth lobby flow and guest satisfaction.

Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Position Requirements

Must have a safe driving record with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report issued by the company

At least two years of driving experience required

Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely.

Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and understand English clearly.

Strong physical ability to grasp, lift, carry, and move packages, boxes, and luggage up to 55 lbs. continuously throughout the shift.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, run, and climb stairs for extended periods in a variety of weather conditions.
