Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Lead complex litigation matters from intake to appeal. • Conduct research, develop strategies, and draft persuasive motions. • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials. • Negotiate settlements with precision and skill. • Work primarily on real estate and business disputes. Qualifications: Requirements • At least 3 years of litigation experience , including documented success in court hearings and trials. • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. • Active Texas Bar license in good standing. • Strong oral advocacy and exceptional legal writing skills. • Ability to manage a full caseload with limited supervision. • Commitment to excellence in client service.
