Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; college or technical coursework preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting field service, dispatch, or technical operations.
- Experience working with service management or ERP systems.
