Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of meetings and events for Fortune 500 clients
Assist with proposal development, bid submissions, and client interactions
Act as a liaison between sales associates, vendors, and clients to manage expectations
Schedule and manage on-site travel staff for events
Travel to domestic or international locations to facilitate events and support Trip Directors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field
1-4 years of operational management experience in the event planning or hospitality industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Ability to travel extensively (50% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in banquet or event planning
Experience interfacing with clients or customers
Experience arranging meetings and events for clients or groups
