Ideal Candidate
Build and own the
performance testing environment from the ground up , including tools, processes, and standards
Lead
load, stress, and soak testing
using tools like
K6, Artillery, or JMeter
Define performance strategy, benchmarking baselines, and success metrics across systems
Develop and scale
automation frameworks
and integrate performance testing into
CI/CD pipelines
Identify architectural risks, bottlenecks, and scalability issues early in the SDLC
Translate performance metrics into clear,
business‑impact insights
for stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Ops to embed performance into delivery
Help establish and grow a
performance‑focused culture and team
