Drive customer onboarding, training, enablement and core product evolution. You’ll integrate, extend, and validate our AI coding agents inside mission-critical SAP landscapes, to drive success for our enterprise customers AND influence major updates to the platform straight from real customer learning.

Role and Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and enhance Nova’s AI technical and code-generation workflows in live SAP environments.
Diagnose and resolve high-impact issues quickly.
Continuously synthesize field insights for design and code, and ship improvements into the core system.
Required Skills and Experience
7+ years of experience in SAP development (i.e. ABAP, BTP, etc.).
Familiarity with Large Language Models.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).
Clear, confident communication with technical and business stakeholders.
Strong programming skills in Python or Javascript.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Background in customer-facing / solutions engineering, or a consultant role
