About the Team
The Operations Division supports digital assessment delivery and customer engagement for millions of students and thousands of test centers annually. The team focuses on enhancing customer experience through innovative solutions and technologies, aiming to create a seamless digital ecosystem that improves operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Deliver Training:
Create design principles, templates, and engaging learning artifacts using Articulate Storyline 360, SCORM Cloud, and PowerPoint.
Learning Strategy and Standards:
Recommend and implement best practices, ensure ADA compliance, and maintain compatibility with LMS infrastructure.
Content Improvement:
Incorporate feedback, update content, and maintain governance processes.
Qualifications
5+ years in digital learning design, experience with K-12 education preferred.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, SCORM Cloud, and instructional technologies.
Operational knowledge of LMS, xAPI, cmi5, and emerging tech.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for educational opportunities; ability to travel 4-6 times/year.
Pay Range: $45-$55/hr (depending on experience)
