This is a full-time remote role for a Field Technician. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining digital kiosk systems, providing on-site and remote technical support, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The technician will coordinate with clients to ensure successful deployment, conduct routine maintenance, and provide training on the use of Popshap’s solutions. Additional responsibilities include reporting and documentation of service activities and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and solutions.
Qualifications
Technical skills in hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of networking, software systems, and technical configurations
Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work remotely and travel to various client locations as required
Relevant certifications or experience in technical fields is a plus

Proficient in using hand tools, diagnostic devices, and software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment

This is a field-based role that requires regular travel to client sites. Work may take place in diverse settings and weather conditions. Flexibility in schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends, may be required based on client needs.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
