Snelling is now hiring Press Line Helpers for Non-Ferrous Extrusions in Caldwell, TX. This is a hands-on production role in an aluminum extrusion manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:
• Assist with aluminum extrusion production
• Help arrange material before and after cutting
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed
• Remove faulty or out-of-tolerance pieces
• Support the press line, saw, packing, and production teams
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE
• Work overtime as needed
Requirements:
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be able to work 40-60 hours per week
• Must have Monday-Sunday availability
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Pay:
• Day Shift: $13.50/hr
• Night Shift: $14.50/hr
• Eligible for a $0.50/hr increase after 90 days based on satisfactory performance
