About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Channel Sales Manager
or
Country Manager
to lead and drive the
offline channel sales strategy
for our expanding business in
Germany
and across the
European market . This position will focus on establishing and growing key retail partnerships, optimizing product placement, and maximizing brand visibility in European retail channels.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute the
offline channel sales strategy
for the
European region
(with a strong focus on Germany), targeting key retail chains, hypermarkets, and local stores
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with
key retail partners
(e.g., supermarkets, electronics chains) to ensure continued product presence and growth
Collaborate with internal teams (domestic & local) to ensure seamless product entry, display optimization, and promotional activities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product and channel strategy adjustments
Achieve sales targets and drive
offline penetration
and
market share growth
for the brand in the European market
What We Are Looking For
Fluent in
English , with the ability to use it as the primary working language
Strong network and experience in
European retail channels , particularly within
Germany
(supermarkets, electronics retailers, chain stores)
Previous experience in
3C consumer electronics ,
smart home products , or related categories in Europe
Ability to work autonomously in a
home‑office setup , with strong collaboration and communication skills
