Overview Our IT department is seeking a Technical Support Team Lead to provide leadership, coordination, and hands-on technical guidance to the end-user support team.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality technical support services, mentoring staff, improving support processes, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction across our organization. The position combines team leadership, operational oversight, and technical expertise to support a diverse technology environment, including desktop systems, telecommunications, infrastructure services, and business applications. The Team Lead partners closely with IT leadership, service owners, and business stakeholders to drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This is a fully in-person position, Monday through Friday (excepting holidays), 7:30 am-4:30 pm.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll be doing:
- Providing direct supervision, mentoring, and project resource oversight for the Device Services team.
- Managing the annual technology refresh process for desktop computers, printers, and software.
- Supporting a diverse network of software, hardware, telephone and process solutions for staff.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical customer issues associated with current systems.
- Demonstrating commitment to being respectful and valuing differences among individuals.
- Working with other managers and team leads to ensure quality in service operations.

QualificationsAll candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.
- Four (4) years of experience in Service Desk\end-user support of information systems technology or the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
- Associate's degree, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Computer Science, Business Systems Support, or a related field required. Related education or experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire required.
