We are looking for an experienced CNC Service Engineer to perform the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines at customer sites. This advanced role requires in-depth technical expertise in CNC machinery, the ability to diagnose complex issues. The position involves frequent travel (up to 50%)
$43-46 per hour, All travel paid for- OT, PIER DIEM, WINDSHIELD TIME

- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and software-related CNC machine issues.
- Installation & Commissioning: Installation and setup of CNC machines, ensuring proper calibration, alignment, and integration with production systems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance machine reliability and longevity.
requirements
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations, strong ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical systems, and control systems.
- Knowledge of automatic tool changers and pallet systems
- Understanding of servo motors, drives, PLCs, and automation systems.
- Ballscrew & axis support bearing replacement & alignment
about you
- Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC field service and knowledge of Fanuc controls. CNC programming experience is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in CNC machine service, repair, and troubleshooting, with expertise in complex diagnostics.
