The Recruiting Coordinator will assist the Recruiting & Human Resources Manager and Members with all aspects of lateral attorney, fall associate, summer associate, and support staff recruiting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with Recruiting & HR Manager to plan and coordinate all aspects of 1L, 2L, 3L, lateral attorney, and support staff recruiting;
- Manage summer associate, lateral attorney, and support staff job postings;
- Assist with law school and summer associate recruiting, including planning on-campus events, and coordinating interviews;
- Help manage the summer associate program, including onboarding, training, event logistics, and communication;
- Maintain the recruiting database, including candidate data entry, interview scheduling, and tracking of lateral attorneys, summer associates, and support staff;
- Assist in preparation of NALP surveys and Flo Recruit listings;
- Help prepare and distribute materials for Recruiting Committee meetings;
- Coordinate onboarding process of lateral attorneys, fall associates, summer associates, and support staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of law firm recruiting experience;
- Experience with HRIS databases (e.g., ADP, viRecruit, Flo Recruit, Symplicity, etc.).
