What You'll Do
- Recruit and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners
- Conduct interviews and candidate screenings to identify the best fit for our teams and culture
- Utilize recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
- Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes, including background checks, reference checks, E-Verify, and compliance requirements
- Promote DPI's mission, culture, and opportunities through employer branding and candidate engagement
- Track recruitment efforts and help identify ways to improve hiring strategies and processes
- Stay current on healthcare recruitment trends and best practices
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in recruiting, healthcare recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ATS, HRIS systems, and sourcing platforms preferred
- Valid driver's license required
