We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Information Manager to oversee the management, control, and flow of project and operational information within our growing construction business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MEP and construction CAD drawings, design documentation, and version control
- Coordinate system design and ensure compliance with applicable codes
- Oversee submittals, document control, and project documentation
- Support procurement and track material and vendor communications
- Ensure smooth field turnover with complete and accurate project data
- Create and maintain design project schedules and generate progress reports
- Lead design coordination meetings and manage communication across teams
- Collaborate with contract administration and field teams
- Oversee data governance, digital systems, and information security
- Drive quality assurance and continuous process improvement
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, project management, or document control
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MEP CAD and document management systems
- Understanding of construction processes and building codes preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Compensation $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience. Excellent benefit package to include:
