What We Need
Corpay is seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Junior Developer to join our Vehicle Payments division within Corpay. In this role, the Salesforce Administrator / Junior Developer will combine strong Salesforce declarative expertise with foundational development and release management experience and familiarity with modern AI Powered tools. You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Salesforce platform while contributing to code-based solutions, integrations, and structured deployment processes. The role requires a collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills who is continuously eager to grow their Salesforce development and architecture knowledge. The position reports directly to the VP, Service CRM for Vehicle Payments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Salesforce Administration & Platform Ownership for Service and Operations
Performing core Salesforce administration functions including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, queues, and assignment rules
Building and maintaining declarative solutions such as flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, and dynamic forms
Creating and managing reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders
Supporting Service Cloud features including case management, Omni-Channel, and messaging/chat
Maintaining data integrity and system performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
Development & Technical Contributions
Developing and maintaining basic Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components (LWC or Aura as needed)
Assisting in building and maintaining API integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Supporting troubleshooting of code-based solutions and participating in root cause analysis
Partnering with senior developers/architects on more complex technical solutions
Demonstrating familiarity with modern AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, prompt-based automation, and productivity tools) and the ability to effectively leverage them to improve development efficiency, troubleshooting, and solution design
Release Management & DevOps
Participating in structured release processes using tools such as VS Code or IntelliJ, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines
Managing deployments across environments (sandboxes → UAT → production) using version control and deployment tools
Following Salesforce SDLC best practices including code reviews, testing, and change governance
Maintaining documentation for release processes, configurations, and technical implementations
Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Documenting technical and functional requirements clearly
Providing end-user support, training, and best practices guidance
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system usability
Communicating project updates, risks, and dependencies effectively
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2–5+ years of Salesforce experience in an Administrator or hybrid Admin/Developer role
Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Platform Developer is a plus)
Strong experience with declarative tools: Flow, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
Experience with Service Cloud functionality (cases, queues, Omni-Channel preferred)
Understanding of data modeling, object relationships, and security model
Development & Technical Skills
Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (or Aura)
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting code and integrations
DevOps & Tools
Hands‑on experience with version control (GitLab preferred)
Experience using VS Code or IntelliJ for Salesforce development
Understanding of Salesforce deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management
Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems
Additional Preferred Experience
Experience with third‑party tools such as DocuSign, TaskRay, or similar
Exposure to Experience Cloud (Communities)
Knowledge of Einstein Bots or Enhanced Messaging

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $100k-$110k.
