What We're Looking For:
A detail-driven, operational IT Junior Integrator responsible for the day-to-day support, monitoring, and maintenance of the Property Management Systems and related hospitality technologies across multiple locations. This position performs hands-on system support, testing, validation, and troubleshooting in a 24/7 operational environment, following established procedures and escalation paths to ensure stable and reliable property systems.

What You'll Do:
- Provide daily operational support for Property Management System, Resort Wide Charging, and all interfaces.
- Monitor system performance and respond promptly to incidents, outages, and service disruptions in a 24/7 support model.
- Perform hands-on support and basic troubleshooting of PMS servers, hardware, and connected devices following established standards.
- Support and maintain key management systems and associated integrations.
- Support hospitality applications such as Transcendent and HotSOS, including associated mobile devices.
- Execute scheduled server patching and updates as directed; validate system functionality post-update.
- Assist campus support teams with escalated operational issues involving hospitality applications.
- Perform testing and validation of software releases, upgrades, and configuration changes prior to production.
- Accurately document incidents, changes, and operational activities in ServiceNow.
- Maintain required PCI and SOX audit logs for changes to in-scope systems.
- Communicate scheduled and emergency maintenance to affected end users using approved protocols.
- Travel between properties to provide on-site support, system maintenance, and project assistance.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance aligned with operational requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support property IT operations.

Your Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on operational experience supporting:
- Opera integration platforms or similar hotel property management systems.
- Microsoft Server OS (2016 -2022).
- Hospitality key management systems (Saflok, Ambiance).
- Microsoft Office (2016/2021 LTSC).
- Working knowledge of:
- User access management (Active Directory, Exchange).
- Mobile device management (Apple Configurator, MobileIron, Intune).
- Incident and change tracking systems (ServiceNow).
- Technical documentation and system diagrams (Visio).
- Hospitality environment experience strongly preferred.
