We are seeking a driven, high-energy High-Volume Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly frontline positions across our food and beverage manufacturing operations, including machine operators, line workers, material handlers, sanitation technicians, and other production roles. This is a fast-paced position requiring a proactive, community-embedded approach to talent sourcing and pipeline building.
You will be the face of our employer brand in the local market — building partnerships, hosting hiring events, and developing creative sourcing strategies that keep our facilities fully staffed and operationally ready.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hourly roles including machine operators, production associates, line leads, forklift operators, and sanitation crew
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates to meet rapid and fluctuating staffing demands
- Screen, interview, and coordinate offer and onboarding logistics for large candidate volumes within tight timelines
- Partner with plant managers and HR Business Partners to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategy to production schedules
Proactive Sourcing & Community Engagement
- Plan, organize, and execute hiring fairs, open house events, and on-site recruitment days at plant locations
- Build and maintain relationships with workforce development boards, community colleges, trade schools, re-entry programs, refugee resettlement agencies, and other local labor market partners
- Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and community events to drive awareness and candidate flow
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns for underrepresented talent pools and underutilized labor markets
- Leverage digital sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, etc.) alongside grassroots and in-person outreach to diversify sourcing channels
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Deliver a responsive, professional, and welcoming candidate experience from first contact through first day
- Champion the company's employer value proposition in every interaction, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging
- Gather and act on candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment experience
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Track and report key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and turnover by source
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with EEO, OFCCP, and applicable employment laws
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and quality of hire
Qualifications:
Required
- 2–3 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, hourly environment — agency staffing experience or in-house recruiting for manufacturing, food & beverage, logistics, or distribution strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success filling large volumes of frontline, light industrial, or production roles in compressed timeframes
- Experience with proactive sourcing strategies including community partnerships, hiring events, and multi-channel digital outreach
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging candidates and community partners in person and digitally
Preferred
- Prior experience recruiting in a food & beverage, CPG, or regulated manufacturing environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Familiarity with workforce development programs, re-entry initiatives, or apprenticeship pipelines
- Experience with Boolean search, job board optimization, and social media recruiting
