Job Description:
Our client is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join a growing team. This role focuses on connecting with pre-qualified leads, understanding customer needs, and guiding individuals through insurance product options and the application process.
This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and are excited by the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm inbound and outbound leads to drive sales opportunities
- Educate customers on available insurance options and recommend solutions based on individual needs
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversation through application completion
- Consistently meet or exceed call volume and sales performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records and notes in CRM systems
- Build rapport with customers and provide a positive, consultative experience
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or additional coverage
- Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in sales, customer service, or contact center environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
- Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
