Staffing Branch Manager
Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Staffing Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and oversee recruiting performance within a fast-paced staffing environment. This role is responsible for managing daily branch activity, developing client partnerships, coaching recruiters and sales teams, and ensuring operational excellence across hiring and workforce management functions.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, and team management who thrives in a performance-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure performance, productivity, and profitability goals are achieved
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development
- Manage, coach, and motivate recruiting and sales teams to achieve hiring, retention, and revenue targets
- Oversee recruiting strategies including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement activities
- Monitor branch KPIs, recruiting metrics, fill rates, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and provide staffing solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, safety standards, and onboarding procedures
- Support employee relations, attendance management, and issue resolution for temporary workforce
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, market expansion, and operational planning
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and workforce data within ATS and CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, workforce management, or branch leadership experience preferred
- Prior experience in temporary staffing, high-volume recruiting, or onsite management strongly preferred
- Proven success in business development, account management, and team leadership
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Results-driven mindset with strong attention to customer service and operational performance
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience
