$60k–$65k + 10% bonus + shift differential bonus
A leading distribution center in Bessemer is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual Preferred) to join their 2nd shift leadership team. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations: receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping
- Manage staffing, productivity goals, and performance metrics
- Support employee coaching, development, and reviews
- Leverage WMS and labor management tools to optimize efficiency
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are met
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution setting
- Familiarity with WMS and conveyor/automated systems a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
