The Treasury ManagementInsideConsultantis responsibleforgenerating new revenue and developing full-service TM relationships with new and existing clients in an assigned segment. Theyparticipateinjoint portfolio management withCommunity Banking CenterManagers, Treasury Management Consultants,Commercial RelationshipManagers,and/or other referral partners.The Treasury Management Inside Consultantoptimizesopportunities through deal teams and sales calls as well asprovidessupport for TMsalesactivities through preparation of presentations, bids/proposals,and requestsfor information.Sales activities are primarily through phone calls, videoconferencingand email.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $62,300/Yr. - $122,400/Yr.. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.
Key Accountabilities
Independentlysolicitand develop client / prospect relationshipsprimarily withinthe Community banking channelproviding support toSmall Business Relationship Managers,andBanking Center Teammembers.
- Focusonsalesand support of TM products and services.Maintain client portfolio andmanage toretention, needs satisfaction, portfolio growth and othersales objectivesstatedby business plan.
- Quarterback theon-boardingof new and current TM clients and communicate the progress to the relationship team.
- Provide effective cross selling and referral activities.
- Provide an in-depth working knowledge of all TM products and services, including the technical products.Demonstrate that knowledge byconsulting with and presenting solutionsto clients and prospectstypically viaoutboundphone andvideo conference calls.
- Coordinate client and implementation follow-up with RMs, Treasury Management Analysts, Product Management, and Customer Care. Be constantly aware and takeappropriate actionwith the referring business queue, and operational support areas.
- Activelyparticipatein the sales planning process and serve as the TM SME for the teams.
- Remain current on new developments in the Treasury Management marketplace.

Qualifications and Education
- A bachelor'sdegree ispreferredor H.S. diploma/GED with equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of banking experience preferred withexperience / knowledge of Treasury Management products ina sales,service,and/or supportcapacity.

- Strong sales aptitude and sales drive arerequired.
- Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously, managing time in a fast-paced environment and applicable resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within establishedtimeframes;manageprojects efficiently andeffectively.
- Fluent with Microsoft Officeprograms, andSalesforceas well as unique Treasury Management software/system knowledge, ONB's system ispreferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and internalpartners.
- Occasional travel to other branch or meeting locationswithin assigned territory

Key Measures of Success/Key Deliverables:
- Achieve annualnew salesrevenue goals based on the sale of Treasury Management products and services tonew and existing clients. Maintain and grow existingsegmentor assigned Treasury Management and depositportfoliothrough client retention and deepening existing relationships with the addition of the right products and services.
- Achieve overall Treasury Management revenue for the individual's target portfolio size (growth) as of year-end.
