Manpower Direct Hire is partnering with a well-known manufacturing facility in Richmond Hill, GA to hire a Human Resources & Team Relations Manager. This high-impact role is ideal for a people-first leader who can build strong relationships, influence leadership, and proactively drive HR strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and onboarding to secure top talent
- Build trusted relationships across the organization, taking time to understand the business, teams, and leadership dynamics
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders—driving effective, forward-thinking conversations that support business goals
- Champion a people-first culture, focusing on employee engagement, development, and retention
- Proactively address employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action
- Coach and guide leaders to strengthen decision-making, team performance, and organizational effectiveness
- Develop and implement HR strategies that help the organization move faster and more effectively through people
- Oversee HR policies, compliance, and best practices aligned with employment laws
- Lead training and development initiatives that support growth at all levels
- Drive union avoidance strategies through strong team relations and open communication
- Analyze trends and provide insights to leadership to support continuous improvement

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of HR or Employee Relations leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proven experience managing investigations and employee relations issues
Preferred:
- Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP or higher)
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP preferred)
- Exposure to workplace safety or crisis intervention programs
