About UsThe Providence Group is one of the fastest-growing real estate development organizations in the region. As a fully integrated, interdisciplinary firm, we manage every phase of the development lifecycle—from entitlements and design through construction, delivery, and long-term ownership.

Upon completion, our projects are often retained within our portfolio and managed by our in-house leasing, property management, and maintenance teams—allowing us to maintain long-term control over quality and performance.
Our current pipeline includes some of the region's most forward-thinking developments, including a state-of-the-art 350-unit contemporary waterfront residential project, along with numerous high-visibility historic preservation and adaptive reuse initiatives.
