To support a dynamic talent acquisition team in the nuclear energy sector, the full-time contract Engineering Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and hiring top-tier engineering talent across various levels and disciplines, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Source and attract diverse candidates through multiple channels while managing an active workload of ~30 requisitions
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical expertise, competencies, and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment
Background in engineering recruitment is highly preferred
Experience in regulated industries such as Energy or Nuclear is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5 years with a degree; 9 years without)
Proficiency in ATS platforms, with iCIMS preferred
