Warehouse Coordinator / Warehouse Associate (Temporary)
Location: Onsite in Portland, OR
Duration: May 19- July 24
We're hiring temporary Warehouse Associates to support a fast-paced sample warehouse operation in Portland. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working on their feet in a team-oriented environment. The primary focus is helping manage time-sensitive inventory and preparing product for liquidation, donation, storage, and shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate apparel, footwear, and accessories for liquidation and donation eligibility
- Sort items by gender, product type, and designation
- Prepare, count, pack, and label cartons for shipping
- Document carton contents accurately
- Palletize and stage ready-to-ship product
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Pull and pack orders as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Qualifications:
- Ability to write legibly and follow instructions
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking for most of the shift
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
- Experience using a pallet jack is helpful but not required
