Accounting Assistant / HR

About Us:
We are a growing hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a motivated Accounting/HR Assistant to support both our accounting and HR functions in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Accounting / Finance:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile financial reports and statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative support (hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Naples, FL.
