Technical Sales Representative
We are seeking a driven Technical Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory across Kansas and into Nebraska. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and delivering technical solutions within industrial and chemical applications.
Location: Fully Remote
Territory: Wichita, KS and surrounding areas (core market), with broader coverage across Kansas and into Nebraska
Travel: ~80% (4 out of 5 days) within the assigned territory. Overnight stays ~2 days/week
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $110,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $225,000+
- Car and cell phone allowances, plus reimbursement for travel-related expenses
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an existing book of business while developing new accounts
- Execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify customer challenges and deliver technical solutions
- Maintain a strong pipeline and drive consistent growth
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits and service follow-ups
- Partner internally on pricing, onboarding, and account support
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of technical, industrial, or chemical sales experience
- Proven ability to grow a territory and close business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable in a highly autonomous, travel-heavy role
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Science or Engineering a plus)
