Ignitium is hiring a TechOps Onboarding Manager to lead enterprise client onboarding across today's leading ABX and revenue technology platforms, including Demandbase, 6sense, Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and GA4. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on delivering scalable onboarding experiences, driving operational excellence, and ensuring clients are fully enabled for long-term success.

What You'll Do
- Lead the full onboarding lifecycle from technical discovery through platform go-live
- Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and client communication
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Strategy, MOPs, and Engineering teams
- Configure and QA platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Salesloft, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Identify and resolve onboarding blockers before they impact delivery
- Improve onboarding SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational processes
- Mentor onboarding specialists and elevate team execution quality
- Drive smooth client handoffs and long-term platform adoption
What You Bring
- Strong experience in martech, RevOps, onboarding, or technical project delivery
- Deep understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and ABX ecosystems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to scale systems and workflows

Compensation
$85,000 – $100,000 base salary + performance-based bonus opportunities (OTE included)
