Competitive Compensation, Bonus and Benefits Package Stable Career path Rewarding experience to work with fortune 500 Company Excellent culture and peers 401K Match 3 weeks of vacation to start Job Details What you will do Provide hands-on troubleshooting for electrical systems and controls to quickly resolve equipment downtime and restore production Support maintenance and operations teams with technical expertise on recurring system, process, and equipment issues Analyze equipment and process data to identify failure trends and implement long-term reliability improvements Assist in planning and executing maintenance work, outages, and repair projects Lead small capital and maintenance-related projects from planning through execution Serve as a technical resource to frontline maintenance teams, providing guidance and training as needed Support continuous improvement efforts tied to safety, quality, and equipment performance Work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges Respond to urgent production issues during off-hours and provide ongoing shift support What you bring High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree is a plus 3+ years of experience working with electrical systems and controls in an industrial or manufacturing environment Hands-on experience troubleshooting production equipment in a live plant setting Strong understanding of maintenance practices and equipment reliability Nice to have Experience working with programmable logic controllers, drives, and industrial instrumentation Background in failure analysis and structured problem solving methods Exposure to continuous improvement environments such as lean manufacturing Experience with combustion systems or process heating equipment Ability to work in a team-based, production-driven environment Schedule + Environment 12-hour overnight shift with initial training on days Requires off-hours support, including weekends and occasional travel Fast-paced, production-focused environment with high accountability for equipment uptime Why Us Critical role in keeping production running, with direct impact on uptime and output High-visibility position working closely with maintenance leadership and operations Opportunity to develop deep expertise in industrial electrical systems and controls Stable, large-scale manufacturing environment with long-term demand Hands-on role with real ownership, not a desk-based engineering position Interested in hearing more?
