Leading a high-visibility, enterprise technology initiative, the full-time Technical Project Director will manage the full project lifecycle, serve as the primary client interface, and drive cross-functional delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Direct end-to-end execution of complex enterprise technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical execution
Manage project expectations and communicate with stakeholders to ensure program needs are met regarding urgency and priority
Champion Agile delivery practices and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery planning, reporting, and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience, or additional years in lieu of a degree
8+ years of experience in project or program management roles delivering large, cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in Agile environments
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and building relationships with executive leadership
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD-issued security clearance
