Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
Ancillary Staff per Provider: Multiple
Number of Exam Rooms per Provider: 3
Medical Imaging: Yes
Lab and Pharmacy: Yes
Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 111
Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 111
Appointment Length: 20 minutes
EMR: Powerscribe/Cerner
Teaching Opportunity: Yes
Services/Procedures: X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, Nuc Med, Ultrasounds, Fluoroscopy studies (Swallow, BE, Myelogram, LP)

Requirements

Board Certified
Active IA License or Active IMLC LOQ
Must be able to cover most or all of the specified dates
Fellowship Trained (General Radiology with Fluoroscopy)
Clean Malpractice/No Background
Must be comfortable doing Fluoroscopy
Self-Query NPDB Report pulled within 30 days at time of presentation
