The company recently invested in a new 5-axis CMM system and is looking for a skilled CMM Programmer to help support increasingly complex precision-machined components across aerospace, medical, industrial, and fluid-control industries.

The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Program and operate CMM equipment within a precision machining environment
Develop inspection routines and measurement strategies for tight-tolerance machined components
Work closely with machinists, quality personnel, and manufacturing leadership to support production and first-article inspections
Interpret blueprints, GD&T requirements, and customer specifications
Verify dimensional accuracy on aerospace and precision-machined components
Support first-article inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection activities
Troubleshoot inspection challenges and improve measurement efficiency
Maintain inspection documentation and quality records
Assist with APQP, PPAP, and customer quality requirements as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department

What We’re Looking ForRequired
3+ years of CMM programming or advanced inspection experience
Experience working in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Strong understanding of dimensional inspection and measurement processes
Experience using precision inspection tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Ability to communicate effectively with machinists, quality personnel, and leadership
Preferred
Experience with Mitutoyo MCosmos software
Aerospace machining or AS9100 environment experience
Experience supporting PPAP, APQP, or FAI documentation
Experience with vision systems or optical inspection equipment
Background in Swiss machining or tight-tolerance precision manufacturing
