The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Use microscopes and fine hand tools (knives, picks, files) to remove burrs and imperfections from small precision parts
Inspect components using calipers, gauges, comparators, and other inspection tools
Ensure all parts meet strict dimensional and cosmetic quality requirements
Follow all safety, quality, and documented work procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workstation
Report equipment, tooling, or material issues to your lead or supervisor

Equipment, Tools & Inspection Methods

Precision microscopes
Fine hand deburring tools

No prior deburring experience is required —
full training is provided .
