What We're Looking For:
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs)
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills, including navigating files and standard computer functions
- Ability to complete warehouse support testing and certification requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- No education requirements
- Previous forklift and/or warehouse experience preferred
What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator:
- Safely operate forklifts and Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs)
- Transport yarn trucks, dunnage, POY, and returnable packaging throughout the facility
- Unload trailers containing yarn, packaging, and tube bundles
- Stage and organize Milliken returnables and production materials
- Load, unload, and move materials accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures, operating guidelines, and standard work practices
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support daily operations
