Location: Canton, OH (Relocation Available)
Seeking a hands-on Electrical Power Distribution Engineer to support and improve a large industrial power distribution network. This is a plant-based role with direct ownership of critical electrical infrastructure.
What You'll Do
• Support medium-voltage systems (4kV–35kV) across the facility
• Work with substations, switchgear, breakers, transformers, and relay protection systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and lead root cause analysis efforts
• Drive reliability improvements and infrastructure upgrades
• Support electrical maintenance, testing, commissioning, and capital projects
• Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractors
What We're Looking For
• Experience with medium/high-voltage power distribution systems
• Background in substations, relays, protection & controls, switchgear, or electrical testing
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience in an industrial, utility, field service, or power systems environment
• Strong practical electrical infrastructure experience
