As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy solutions that integrate cutting-edge AI into real-world operations. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, helping shape both customer outcomes and the future direction of the platform.
What You'll Do
- Build integrations, data pipelines, and automation workflows.
- Work with customers to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Support deployments, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Strong Python skills.
- Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions.
- Strong API integration experience (REST and/or GraphQL).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
